LegalHealth’s Informational Town Hall on the Changes to Medicaid-Funded Home Care

On Monday, April 25, 2022, Coordinating Attorney of LegalHealth’s Home Care Project, Sarah Chappell, hosted a virtual informational session for LegalHealth’s hospital partners. This town hall informed and answered questions about the new home care assessment process phased-in starting in May 2022, as well as previewed changes to medical eligibility for home care that have been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
